Water plays an important role in the health care field. Drinking water does more than just quench your thirst-it's essential to keeping your body functioning properly and feeling healthy, And it contributes most of its role in B.M.R (basic metabolic rate) as we go deeper in this thirsty topic it reciprocates with some myths and mysteries like let me tell a myth on drinking water
1. If you are not thirsty,you probably not dehydrated
1st of all it is a blunder hoax
Fact: Thirst does not always correlate with hydration. Yes, it is the basic level of understanding this myth Fluid levels can drop by 2-3% of your body weight before you even realise you’re thirsty. For example, if a man is travelling in a domestic airplane, he usually doesn't feel thirsty, but most people don't know that the water will be EVAPORATED & CONDENSED on and from our body in the form of exhaling, sweating, and panting. During this whole process, around 1 litre of water will be exhausted. This is especially true as we age, since our natural thirst tends to diminish over time.
SO DRINK WATER<SAVE WATER
A better way to tell if you’re drinking enough fluid is to check the color of your urine. If it’s pale in color and clear, you are likely well-hydrated. If it’s dark-colored with brown tones, you may be dehydrated.

There are a few important ways water works in our body functions
- Maintains body temperature..
- Protects body organs and tissues
- Aids in the transport of nutrients and oxygen to cells;
- Helps in the dissolution of kidney stones; and
- Cleanse the liver by flushing out waste products.
- Men should drink 15.5 cups of water per day,
- Women should drink 11.5 cups.
- It keeps your tissues, spinal cord, and water safety.
- Drinking water helps to lubricate and cushion the spinal cord and tissues
- It helps in the prevention of constipation, not only because eating fibre is the only way to prevent constipation.
- If a person is already constipated, carbonated water can help to carbonate the stomach after cleaning it.
